Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00, and shipped only after confirmation of payment.

Approximate delivery times:

• Italy: 2-5 working days.
• Europe: 5-10 working days.

Delays may occur during promotions or holidays.

Shipping costs:

Italy:

• Orders up to €34.99: €5.00.
• Orders over €35.00: free.

Europe:

• Orders up to €144.99: €17.00.
• Orders over €145.00: free.
