Do your products contain silicones?
No, all our skincare products are silicone-free.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our ingredients are cruelty-free, and we do not use animal-derived substances, fully adhering to European cruelty-free regulations.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Do they contain colorants or potentially irritating substances?
Our products are dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and for nickel. They do not contain colorants. All specifications, including warnings, are listed on the product sheet.

When do they expire?
Rest assured, TUƏ LAB products should be used within six months of formulation. Once opened, we recommend using them within six months. You can check the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol, which indicates the product's shelf life after opening. This symbol, shaped like an open jar, is displayed on the box and the product packaging, ensuring you know exactly when to use the product.
Do you offer trial samples for personalized creams?
No, every formula is custom-made, and samples are not available.
Where are the products made?
All our products are created in our laboratory in Florence and are 100% Made in Italy.
I'm allergic to an ingredient. What should I do?

Why has my formula changed?
The ingredient lists of Tuə Lab products are updated regularly. We recommend referring to the information provided on the product label. Before purchasing, we also suggest checking the ingredient list, especially in case of allergies.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card and PayPal.
Can I use special characters on my bottle?
Yes, we can print special characters on bottles. If our team encounters any issues, we will contact you via email.
How can I cancel an order?
Contact us within 24 hours at info@tuelab.com to cancel an order. Orders already in production or set for recurring delivery must be kept.
