Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a clear communication via email to info@tuelab.com , indicating your intention to withdraw. You can use the withdrawal form available below or provide an equivalent statement.

The products must be returned within 14 days of the communication of the withdrawal , intact and unused.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Customized or tailor-made products.
  • Sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery.
  • Products that are at risk of deteriorating rapidly.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
You will receive your refund within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until we have received evidence of having sent the goods back.
